Please note that we treat violations of our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy very seriously, and we have no obligation to offer refunds to users who violate these or other terms and policies, even if requests are made within the designated refund period.

 

You agree to pay the fees for content that you purchase, and you authorize us to charge your debit or credit card or process other means of payment (such as mobile wallet, UPI payment, etc) for those fees.

 

When you make a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method. If your payment method fails and you still get access to the content you are enrolling in, you agree to pay us the corresponding fees within seven (7) days of notification from us. We reserve the right to disable access to any content for which we have not received adequate payment.

 

Our Payment Service Provider(s) (Payment Gateway) may take several days to reflect payment failures, non-payment, renewal, etc. If you have paid for a course but are unable to access it, or if payment has failed but you are able to access content, we request you to immediately get in touch with our support team for rectifying the same.

 

Please note that all regular and special courses having one time payment are non-refundable. Some courses may have a free trial period instead of a refund period. If you do not cancel during the free trial, you will be billed the full amount for the course you signed up for and be unable to request a refund.

Your course enrollment will continue for the enrolled period identified at the time of your purchase and then stand completed at the end of the course period irrespective of extent of access and completion of course. We therefore urge you to complete the course within the timeline to avoid denial of access to the course after expiry of the time period. If you do not complete the course within the stipulated time period after registering for the same, your registration will expire and you will need to pay to re-enroll for the course in order to complete the course. Extension requests for completion of course would be considered only under special circumstances, including but not limited to suspension of course by Naadasamsthiti or technical reasons because of which the course remained unavailable for access during the stipulated period.

Naadasamsthiti is not bound to offer or provide refunds for claims based on non-satisfaction, varied expectancy content, quality, etc., if you seek for refund of the course payment on citing non-use, the same shall be considered solely at Naadasamsthiti’s discretion. In such cases refund processed after which our Payment Service Providers (Payment Gateway) may take up to ten (10) days to reflect refund.

Please note that all charges/fees mentioned on the website are exclusive of all taxes and any taxes as applicable will be provided in the payment summary counter prior to processing of payment through payment gateway.
